• ACTUAL THRIFT INVESTMENT PERCENTAGE (ATIP)
  
  a ratio whose numerator is housing-related investments, called qualified thrift investments, and whose denominator is portfolio assets. The ratio is used to determine whether a savings association meets the qualified thrift lender test.
