• BUILDER'S LIEN
  
  The action that a supplier of goods or services, in respect of construction, can take by filing an entitlement against that property for monies he is owed. Refer to the Builder's Lien Act. The International Organization of Securities Commissioners is a network of international securities commissions or similar organizations involved in the development and enforcement of securities regulation. The group was formed to help facilitate communication between securities regulators in an effort to harmonize international securities standards and to promote high standards of regulation and integrity in world securities and futures markets. Membership is strictly limited to government securities regulatory bodies.
