• BUTTERFLY OPTION SPREAD
  
  Is an options strategy which uses three strike prices for the same instrument and same expiration date. It can consist of the sale of two at-the-money options (puts or calls) and the purchase of one (put or call) at a higher strike price and the purchase of one (put or call) at a lower strike price.
