• CASH RATIO
  
  is a refinement to the QUICK RATIO. It is the ratio of cash and marketable securities to current liabilities. The CASH RATIO indicates the extent to which liabilities could be liquidated immediately. Sometimes called LIQUIDITY RATIO.
