• HOUSEHOLD EMPLOYEE
  
  A person who performs nonbusiness services for a taxpayer in or around a taxpayer's home. This includes child and other dependent care, house cleaning, cooking and yard work. The taxpayer may be liable for employment taxes for the household employee.
