• INVESTMENT NUMBER
  
  The first field on all investment screens is Investment Number. This number is used by JPMorgan SymPro as a unique identifier of each investment record. JPMorgan SymPro automatically assigns sequential investment numbers for each investment position, or you can enter your own alphanumeric investment numbers of up to 12 characters. The choice for automatic or manual investment number assignment is made in the Portfolio Setup screen under Utility, Setup.
