• REGULATION A OFFERING
  
  Regulation A is a lot like a SCOR offering (see SCOR), only this is the Federal version. Regulation A limits offerings to $5 million in a 12 month period, with no minimum share price. A company may also make a secondary offering within that 12-month period, but that amount is included in the $5 million total.
