- SCOR OFFERINGS
SCOR offerings allow a small company to raise up to $1 million over a one year period, with a minimum stock price of $5 per share. As stated earlier, the company has the option of selling stock directly to the public or using an underwriter. A SCOR places no limits on the number of people purchasing the securities. There are no conditions on the purchasers. SCOR is meant to be less expensive and simpler than Federal offerings.Back
